All that I could have hoped for!

So, that afternoon Kathy, Becca and I went to look at the house. It was all that I could have hoped for. It was built in 1967, but it had been recently updated with new contemporary paint colors and tile floors. The carpet was a little on the dirty side. I knew that could be fixed. If I haven't already mentioned it, the size is perfect. Two bedrooms, a laundry room in the house an outbuilding that has been converted to be the perfect craft room. There is also a security system which I would not have even put on my list until my apartment got broken into. I fell even more in love with this house. We knew that I needed to make an offer on this house. We went back to Kathy's office to do just that. When we got there the person working at the front desk said that this house had gone STI (Subject to Inspection) that afternoon. Kathy immediately called the listing agent and he said that there was an offer but the people didn't get their paperwork in order in time. He said we could put together an offer and they would look at it. We put together an offer for the full price and the lawn mower. Now it was time to wait and see if they would accept. We set the offer to expire on Saturday at 9:00p.m.
